Job Arrives at Twin Cedar
Job comes to us from the Stockton city animal shelter and is in our German Shepherd rescue program. He is an adult male that the vets think is about 1 year old.
His name was Pedro when we picked him up and was an owner surrender to the shelter. His owner was an 85 year old woman that just couldn't provide him with the care that he needed.
Job is just about the sweetest boy you could ever meet! He is quite the snug bug for a 70 pound dog, and thinks he should be a lap dog.
He is doing very well with all of his obedience training and
has been going on the evening pack walks with the rest of
the gang. He does not have any bad habits that we have
seen although he does like to climb oak trees!

He is a quiet dog that only barks if there is a reason and does not get caught up in the moment and bark for no reason. Job would probably fit into just about any lifestyle. He loves every one that he meets from children to elderly folks.
It is unknown how Job is with cats but we are guessing he may be ok with them. He has no desire to chase the squirrels in his pen and is good with all dogs big and small.
As with all of our second chance dogs, Job will need a nice large fenced yard to keep him safe!
