Stella Bella

Update: December 6th

Our little girl "Stella Bella" has found her forever home and boy is she one lucky little dog. She now has a fully fenced acre to run and play on and two of the most wonderful parents to call her own.

Shirley and Tom are both retired and they love to travel with their travel trailer and of course, Stella gets to travel too. Stella just loves to ride in cars so she will be in doggy heaven. She will go on long walks every day and will have the run of the house and yard.

When it was time for Stella to leave for her new home, she hopped right into the back seat of the car and never looked back!! I do not think she will miss us as much as we will miss her.

Stella Bella Arrives at Twin Cedar

Stella Bella came to Twin Cedar Ranch from the kind folks at Calaveras Humane Society. Stella is a 2 year old Shar-pei cross. What other breeds that are mixed in is your guess as good as mine. I see a little bit of Lab and Beagle but that truly is a guess on our part. We have asked Stella who her parents are and she is not telling!!

Stella is a very sweet but shy dog. When you first meet her
she tucks her tail and runs away barking. If you take your
time, she will eventually come to you for attention. She has already learned how to heel, auto sit when you stop and to
stay in a sit.

She gets along well with other dogs, male and female, however, we have found her to be a little dominant with other female dog's. It would be best if she went to a home with no dog's or with only male dog's.

Stella is an owner surrender so we do know quite a bit about her history. She is spayed, current on all of her vaccines and is on heartworm prevention. She is good with children, cat's and other dogs.

She is currently rooming with our big boy "Bart" and they are getting along very well.   If you have room in your hear and home for Miss Stella Bella, give us a call to come out to meet her. She truly is a great little dog.
