Mindy has started her obedience training and is doing quite well. She does act like she has suffered some abuse in her past life so we are taking it very slow with her training. In her first week of training she has learned how to heel, auto sit, stay and is learning to down and come.

Mindy gets along with all of the dogs at the ranch and has been sharing a large kennel with our other Second Chance boy Buck. They have really bonded with each other, sleeping side by side and playing a good game of chase several time a day!

Mindy has been introduced to our Savannah cat Gabby and she did not show any aggressive behavior towards her. She did show very strong interest in Gabby and if Gabby were to run, Mindy probably would chase her.
